About the program
6 Week Body Makeover: Start Here Now! is the introductory tape for Provida’s fitness program. The back sleeve says, “PLAY ME NOW! For fastest results, play this tape first!” It carries a 2003 copyright date and advertises a six-week makeover. That is the program’s claim, not a result established by viewing this copy.
