Craig’s notes
Kate made sorrel soup, cheese pudding, pickle soup and a cold soup while we watched Four Seasons in Polish Cooking. The sorrel soup got a “good god the soup” in the notes. The cheese pudding used cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, almonds and baking powder. There was a lot of soup.
