Craig’s notes
Leslie Nielsen’s golf lessons are for people who are bad at golf. There’s a tip about slipping someone a twenty for an earlier tee time, a golf cart that appears to have a phone in it, gymnastics and Naked Gun references. At one point he goes up in a man lift without fall protection, which got my attention. Sonny Bono turns up too. After the credits there’s a Dollar rental-car commercial shoot and then outtakes.

About the program
Leslie Nielsen’s Bad Golf Made Easier is a 1993 golf comedy presented by Rocket Pictures, based on a book by Henry Beard and John Boswell. The packaging names Archie Hahn and Robert Donner alongside Nielsen, and advertises a making-of featurette. It lists catalog number 45003 and closed captions. One printed panel says approximately 48 minutes; another says approximately 40. Those are package estimates, not a measured viewing time. The printed publisher credits differ too: Capital Cities/ABC Video Publishing on one label and Capital Classic Video Publishing on another. Craig finished the tape September 27, 2026.
