The label had My Lucky Stars and Project A on it, and for a moment I was asking if we’d reached Project A. No, this was My Lucky Stars, introduced by Haruo Mizuno. The commercial break had Isuzu Gemini cars up on two wheels, then another Gemini spot with the cars moving together somewhere that might be Paris. A Christmas KFC ad turned up among the other Japanese ads. One TDK spot had music logged as a possible Japanese cover of a CCR song, but the song and performer haven’t been settled from the tape.
The other handwriting ends in characters for a murder case, with the earlier characters hard to make out. I haven’t seen either that or Project A in the portion watched. The label gives us something to look for when we get back to the tape, not a reason to say those programs are definitely on it.
