On September 29, 1991, WTTE Fox 28 ran its Star Trek 25th Anniversary Viewers Choice Marathon, then the two-hour anniversary special. This tape has the whole Columbus presentation: episode intros with Spock and Captain Kirk, station IDs, promos, local ads, and a Warner Cable notice moving WTTE from channel 7 to 8 while WOSU moved the other way.
The commercial breaks have Mr. Hero, Calif and Handleman, Rite Rug, Big Sur Waterbed, Central Ohio Ford, and a Super Nintendo ad with Super Mario World. There is also a Fox 28 Kids Club basketball event, because no television station was legally allowed to let 1991 end quietly.
The national Star Trek material is available elsewhere. This is the Columbus Sunday around it.
