About This Tape
Winsor Pilates was a Guthy-Renker product — the same direct-response TV company behind Tony Robbins, ProActiv, and a lot of other things you ordered at 2am and then forgot about until the box arrived. Mari Winsor was the instructor. The 20 Minute Workout was one of several tapes in the line, sold through infomercials and phone orders in the early 2000s.
Guthy-Renker moved huge volume. This tape was everywhere. It is not hard to find, and it’s not a preservation priority. But as a document of what fitness content looked like in the infomercial era — the production style, the promises, the celebrity endorsement on the back cover — it’s a clean example of its moment.
The tape is in good condition. 120 minutes at SP speed.
